Soil rhizosphere studies: analysis of various root morphological and physico-chemical parameters. Greenhouse gas (GHG) sampling in different parts of ecosystems (soil, sediments, water, trees) for CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O flux analysis using manual chamber + gas-chromatograph technique. Analysis of total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and total nitrogen (TN)  is soil, sediment and water samples.
